Big O Tires, thumbs down.
I'm running around town and drive by a Big O that does not seem too busy hoping to get an alignment without waiting too long. I ask the guy how much for a 4 wheel alignment and he says normally $79 but we are offering it at $59 with this coupon. I say OK. I ask how long will it take? 45 minutes to an hour,. OK. I then ask if I can get a read out of before and after, no problem. I leave and he calls me 22 minutes later telling me my car is ready. I am concerned at this point. I get to the counter, ask for the readout and notice two things. One, he only corrected the front toe. Two, there are no readings for the rear.
I ask him where the reading are for the rear and he says it calls for only the front. I am fuming now. I told him the rear does need adjustment and he tells me it doesn't. I ask him if this is a corporate or franchise store. He immediately hands me my keys and says don't worry about it, you don't need to pay.
I left out a lot of the juicy bits of the conversation but long story short, Big O wanted to charge me $59 to adjust the front toe. This Big O also says the GS400 only needs a 2 wheel alignment.
So I will call the dealer on Monday for a price, any idea what Lexus charges for an alignment?

I hit up pep boys for my alignment. 1yr @ $90.00 -- took it twice already this year. I'm lowered on coils and 17's right now -- but going to slap on my 19's once I can get tires.
