Default Wheel size help...

Ok, some idiot just ran me off the road when I was driving in the mountains. It blew two of my tires and a third one has a slow leak. I'm about to start start a new job so I don't have the money to replace it all yet. I need the car on the road though, and all I have is a set of wheels I was saving for when I finished putting together my suspension. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to be that guy and throw the wheels on early until I get the first set fixed. The newer set is 20x9.5 in the front and 20x10.5 in the back. I'm yet using my stock suspension too. So the question is, will they fit? I haven't had a chance to try them on yet and I don't know if they will rub or what. I am asking because I pretty much have one shot at this since my car is sitting at a chinese restaurants' parking lot at the moment.

Thanks

This.

My 9.5 +20 have a little bit of poke. seems to be pretty similar for the rear too.
