Default Front Fender Roll?

Going to be giving my front fenders a slight roll if necessary. I am receiving 18 x 9 +30 in the front and was advised a slight roll will be required. tires will be toyo proxes 4 at 245/40R/18.

I've seen numerous write ups on the rear and shaving so thats all set but very little if not evasive info on the front fender roll. I searched and went sifted through approx 59 results here with no concrete info. In fact unless i was looking in the wrong area, even nigels diy thread didn't have any specifics. thanks CL

I literally just got done rolling my fronts because i changed my tire setup with a little bit more side wall. I was rubbing horribly otw home, so I took a hair dryer/heat gun, heated up the metal a little bit and took the aluminum handle from my jack and carefully rolled it up slightly.(make sure you take that little gaurd on the fender off before, its a phillips head). No dimples, no cracked paint.
Keep in mind that was just for my fronts which are alot easier than the rears bc there is only a single thin strip of metal. For the rears I took a little more precaution and just shaved them bc of the dual layer of metal and didn't want dimples.

long story short, the fronts are the easiest to roll, just take your time and make subtle rolls at a time...

Thanks 1luvgs3, did u take off the whole liner or just the strip that sits on the edge that needs to be rolled?

Ya for that strip, just take a razor blade and cut out the small section right above the lip of fender.
