Default Really Bad Clunking under Braking!

So my 99 gs300 was vibrating due to the rotors, i took all 4 out and got them turned. The pads are in good condition so no need for new ones, now when i hit the brakes you hear this clunking in the front end and only when you brake. Here is the link of the video. Any advice would help. THX

Check and make sure all your bolts are tightened enough. Dont think it has anything to do with the resurfacing. Just my 2 cents, when braking loose bolted piece is hopping.
