headlight

anyone can read japenese/chinese/koreian/etc

from this link i found that picture that i attached, and on that picture you can see they somehow put another light inside of headlight itself.. does anyone know how to do that? or did anyone done it to their car?

yeah either that or just some little 3" neons drilled into the headlights.
