what % do you think looks the best on a black gs400

Car is 100% stock 17chrome stockers. Got my oem jdm window visors waiting to go on, a tte lip waiting to go on and some intro vip stuff prob.

 

Taking it for tints tomorrow btw

 

35% for windows and 20% for back windshield....llumar tints ONLY. That's as far as you can go without gettin pulled over...looks great on my car only wished woulda done 20% for mine in back

 

3% all the way around.....

or do like i did.

3% on the sides,30% on the Rear and 50% on the entire windshield this way if a cop gets behind you he can see all the way through the car and hopefully not bother you.

 

I got 15% all around, looks great! I dont like miss match tint colors but thats my opinion.(but my suv has no tints front and 35% rear, doesnt look nice)

 

I have 80% up front with airblue, front sides are 50% and rears are 35%.

 

Guys, I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow and I'll need to pick up some milk.

Should I go with whole, 2%, 1%, or skim?

back on topic, i say dont get any tints. its a hassle with the cops.

this thread amuses me as much as the one where the guy wants us to pick out his paint color on a vehicle MOST of us will never see or ride in....

OP get whatever tint YOU want...IF u dont wanna get hassled by the cops dont get a low % tint, go to a tint shop and ask to see samples and pick which one YOU like. not one single mod on my car do i do for anyone else besides my self so as long as you like it who cares what others think about....some of us mix and match percentages, some dont, some are legal, most arent...

 

Seriously if you aren't drinking Horizon, your seriously missing out. I made the switch a few years back and never turned back. so good, mmm...

 

Here's an old pic of mine with 15% on the sides.. It has black interior and 5% on the sunroof and the rear window, no pics atm of the rear though.

In NYC ull get pulled over almost ever other week with tints like that..unless u have connects.... but for the regular folks during the day u have no prob it's at night when you will look like you have D T tints.....If cops in ur city are lax...go for it!
