well decided to post a vid to see what you guys think. sounds like an exhaust leak but can't really figure it out.

That sounds like engine knock, perhaps the VVT-i had a minor stroke with the oil pressure and caused it. On my last car I blew my top end with the adjustable cam setup and it made a similar sound. That car is now in pieces sold around the globe.

Have you noticed any performance issues?

Car seems alitte slower but it cranks and drives fine

Have you changed your oil out recently? I'd get under and do a oil change regardless and see if you have any metal bits in the pan. That will lead you in the direction you need to go. No metal will of course be a good thing.

did an oil change last month and didn't notice anything in the oil. i guess this will be a great reason to do a motor swap. i'm buying my friends avalon so that will give me time to do the swap right.
