Default Which LED would be brighter?

I am trying to get some LED for my reverse lights and was wondering if more SMD is brighter or more watts? Here are the two comparisons.

http://store.ijdmtoy.com/68-SMD-T10-...10_sku_c01.htm

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/P...26829-1-2.html

The one with the more SMD (top link) is about 2.5 watts and the second link is 8 watts with less SMD. Thanks!

that is being based on how many watts of power consumed.. the one with more smd's will be brighter.

I got the ones from V-LEDS. Back in the days I thought it was the brightest, aint anymore. Look in the Lighting section. And look for 1swtgs, he got the brightest one out there currently.
