Went to turn on headlights today to align them better, and noticed my passenger side had must have just gone out...was working last night.
Bulb is good, I have power at the fuse (12v) and no fuses are blown. However when I test at the connector there is no power. All other lights work correctly and no dummy lights on dash.
Anyone have any experience with something like this? Wiring bad?
us the bulb from your good headlight and test it out. If it doesn't light up then u can go from there. Dont rule out the bulb completely yet.
It doesn't matter what bulb I test if there is no power to the plug. There is no power period, verified via volt meter. Tested the switch in every position.
I appreciate your input but the bulb is ruled out.

The headlight fuses are the ones infront of the battery in the engine bay, also checked the headlight relay which was fine, what other headlight fuses are there? can you be more specific. I realize there are 3 fuse locations but there are not 3 headlight fuses.
I've been having the same problem for over a year now. The passenger HID turns on and then shuts off after a while (the driver side stays on). When I turn it off and on to "reboot" it, the passenger turns on but the driver side turns off. It does this consistently...it's weird!
ended up being the ignitor partially melted on my HID Extra kit. Installed older style ballast I had laying around and fired right up and been working for 3 weeks now.
