Exclamation GS400 electronics recall?

My GS4 has been developing a strange personallity recently. Out of nowhere the alarm starts going off. This has happened at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks. Then the other day I opened an unlocked door and the alarm went off. Yesterday, I unlocked the drivers door with the remote, got in, then tried to unlock the passenger door with the unlock switch, while the car was still off, & nothing happened. I then started the car and the door lock switch worked fine. I've tried removing the ECU fuse & disconnected my battery for 30 min. but that hasn't solved anything. My car has 45k miles and never had any electrical glitches till now. Has anybody else had this problem? Does anyone know of any recalls or TSB's for this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be the battery in your transponder key?

Same thing happened to my Acura Legend.
Turned out to be the door lock actuator.

Sound like your passenger door actuator bad. There a recall on the 98 model, but not on the 99. I think your car still under warranty 4years/50kmiles bumper to bumper.

less likly.. when my battery died it wouldn't open/close door remotely.. so i had to come really close to the car.. then it stop doing even that so i replace my battery and now its all good again
