Wasup CL so I just finished installing the outer tie rod end, passenger side!! It was a mission now all I had left was the left side and after 2 hours I couldn't get it off ! Any of you CL members have any idea or different ways to take it off because idk what to do, thanks

 

You can't get balljoint end out of the spindle? Or you can't get the threaded rack end to unscrew?

 

It was the threaded rack that was the problem, but I finally got it out. So the car has new KYB GR2 shocks, new control arms new steering rack bushings and new Tie Rod Ends, Outer and a wheel alighnment which fixed the steering issue so the problem is that the steering wheel still shakes when I'm over 45 when I break and I still feel some type of pull but very little and some knocking noise is still there!!

You haven't changed your caster/radius arms yet?

If you have aftermarket wheels are you using hubcentric rings?

Steering rack tensioner?

Tires balanced?

Brake rotors warped?

Alot of parts left to check, these cars seem very sensitive to front end parts wear.

 

You did the outers, but no the inners? Mine were shot at 70k
