I would not jump to replace the quarter pannel. There is disassembly, cutting, welding, filling, smoothing, priming and paininting involved. With the level of damage, I would suggest filling and smoothing with good paint matching.

Replacing a 1/4 is very damaging to a car and a mess.

A nice fill job and it be like brand new-IF the shop is good.
