need help with squeaking

whenever i turn my wheels it squeaks anyone knows the problem and how to fix it? my powersteering fluid is fine, need an oil change im lowered on tien basics coilover and need a brake change...does anyy of these affect the squeaking?

sigh........for gods sake man. search please, i used the advanced search and type steering wheel squeak and got this JUST by searching a few threads (i was in it so i knew about it but its simple as that to search)
