I somehow missed your thread. Kinda feel stupid now having created another thread for the same problem...

Lucky you, you're just in for new bulbs!!

I want to remove the headlight, remove the ballast and check the internals. Maybe I can service it somehow. Or let it dry if it's wet inside.

Hopefully you can dry out and everything will work out in your favor!

Did you replace it with an OEM ballast or an aftermarket one?

I really don't think there's an aftermarket option for this unless you chop your factory wires.

Yeah that's what I figured. Plus, you'd have to seal the hole on the bottom, drill another hole for the lead to go into the housing and attach the ballast somehow...

Ooohh I'm having so much fun with my car lately... Not...

I had just replaced the passenger side HID ballast and 3 days later the driver side ballast goes out!!!!!!!!

Just needed to vent... I guess things could be worse...

Yeah, these things go out without a warning... I opened one and they are not servicable. They are completely filled with some sort of silicone to avoid moisture.

you guys are lucky to know it's a ballast or bulb. For me, it's a lot weirder.

So you tested the ballast & bulb, and they are fine? Did you check the fuses (low beam fuse)?
