Default Black on Black Gs

Hey everybody I'm new to this forum, I've had my 2000 Gs400 since august but finally decided to register on a forum like this to gain some expertise on this absolutely beautiful machine I call a Lexus Gs. It's black on black with the factory navigation and I still haven't really done any mods to it but funny thing is I just got home from fixing my 1st flat tire since I received this car (dam snow). Pretty ironic today's my 1st day on this site but anyways I'm pretty clueless on where to start on what type of mods I should start out with, any suggestions are definitely welcome. Once again nice to be here everyone this looks like a great place with a lot of great people.

First thing recommended is usually a drop and then rims, or both. All depends on how much you plan on spending. Give a starter budget then go from there. You'll soon learn its not cheap to mod a Lex but ALLways drop the GS before anything else. Good luck and Welcome

It all depends what you are going for. Be warned, modding can become an addiction. A strong one! You have been warned lol. Welcome aboard

Uh...if anything, I'd start with maintenance BEFORE you start modding. This is an 11 year old car, not a new one.

Welcome to CL GS400NYC =)
Have you changed out the fluids already? That may be a good place to start unless the previous owner maintained it according to schedule...

Of course I had to do all the maintenance stuff 1st. Full tune up, new brake pads, and all that good stuff. Now i'm talking about MODS that'll bring out the inner beauty because we all know it already has enough beauty without even touching it. Honestly guys I'm skeptical on lowering it because I live in the city and potholes are a nuisance here plus I'm afraid the ride quality will diminish. I want new headlights (more modern looking, brighter) in the front, a different grill maybe. Also was looking to upgrade my navigation screen to a more modern looking one. I don't know yet my mind is still processing what to do
