I'm guessing the 2.5" is the culprit. Mustang dynos are going to be the most accurate.
The car was stock when it was dyno'd - there was no exhaust or mods on it at the time

I had a problem that many of us have had with our GS that went away after the tune up. Some of you may know what I'm talking about when the car is in the drive position and your at a light with your foot on the brake and the car vibrates like it was idling way too low. you can feel it coming from the engine.
the vibration is 100% gone and runs smooth now
