master key programming,need help

i try this but it only program my second master key to unlock and lock and trunk open but not start the car like my first master key

Hi Please Help!!

I tried both way several times but still can't program the key. I just can't make the car into programming mode. One of my rear door actuator is broken, will that be the reason that I can't program?

Mike, Thank you. Your instructions worked. It took two tries because I did the lock/unlock a bit too fast I believe. I would add one thing to step 3. I held both my original key and one new key at chest level simultaneously. I did the whole process again to program the second remote.
