I have the K-sport lowering springs for a 98 gs300, whats the pros and cons of installing them onto stock struts?

My car is lowered with the stock shocks, it is doing fine but I think the sport designs have l tuned shocks. If the car has fairly low miles ( under 100k) and has been driven mostly on the highway I wouldn't hesitate much to leave the shocks on

I appreciate the quick responses. I know you guys hate when you have a new mod but you put it on quite because of money constraints. I have the urge to put them on anyway, but I'll post pics if I decide to. Any more suggestions, best shock/strut combo for K-sport springs(2.0 drop front/back)

Get some Bilsteins Sports. They're dirt cheap and are one of the best out there.

Or... they're quite expensive. Guess it depends on how you look at it?

The KYB's are inexpensive and work well. I've put 40k on mine so far with a serious (2"+) drop on springs and they're still just like new. I paid like $200 for a set of 4 new.

I guess coming from a world where getting Bilstein for my (old) car was a pain as well as expensive, the price I paid for the Sports for the GS300 could be considered cheap.
