Default 2001+ Chrome Grille GB?

Ok folks, it looks like some people are too lazy to do this DIY project...chroming a grille. So I am running this pole to see if people are willing to pay for this thing...

What you'll get is the newer 2001+ style grille but fully chromed. The 2002 SPORT DESIGN grille has the front portion of the grille chromed and not the sides. This is for a fully chromed version. Basically, if you take any of the GS grilles and get paint stripper, you can strip off the paint and underneath is a fully chromed grille.

Price is $185 + $15 shipping...this price includes the price of the grille and the paint stripping to get to the chrome under the paint.

I'm very intrested in a GB. I'm too lazy and have no time to mess with it. I'll just buy it and put it on.

Yes this will be a brand spanking new FULLY CHROMED 2001 Grill with center L for $185. If anyone has tried chroming their grill, they know it takes atleast 2 hours for a partial chroming. 3-5 hours for full chroming.

We need 5 people for this group buy.

Uh, i don't wanna start flaming or anything, but it took me about 45 min.-1hr. to partially chrome my dads GS grill. (In the pic ot doesn't look very good b/c the lighting sucks, but the only parts chrome on it r the front of the vertical slats)

It took me 4 hours to do it, my first time. And I ruined the chrome by leaving the paint thinner on too long. Also you are getting a brand new 2001 Grille, wich imo looks muuuuch better than the 1998 Grilles.

Manaray are you starting a new thread?

Hi Manaray,
Noticed your signature, "You own a Lexus, not a Honda. Fix it up accordingly!"

I like it but when I was repeating it in my mind over and over again, it dawned on me that the descriptive "ACCORDingly" is still too close to Honda's .

Honda virus is all over the phrase...I mean place.

Change "accordingly" to "appropriately".
