Since I have owned the car I have always had a rattle coming from under the dash when in idle with the a/c running and/or at a stop light and car in Drive. I looked and found nothing.

Then I get out of the car with the car running at my house and discovered that its coming from outside of the car. I can't seem to figure out what can be doing this and why.

I have searched and searched, still can't find what I am looking for. I apologize for starting a new thread. I didn't want to look like a noob douchbag for starting one, as this is the reason for not starting one for the past 3 years of ownership of this car.
