I'm looking to upgrade to my '98 tails, and i'm not sure with one I should go with. Do the 2001+ tail lights have LED'S? Or is that only available on the LED aftermarket one's?

Which one would you get??

 

Only after market. 01+ are just regular tails.

Since when? They sell the cleared out oems and sonars.


This is the LED they sell. Definitely not oem.

 

It seems like the 2001+ OEM tail lights look classier, as opposed to the LED after market one's that look some what chessy. Correct me if i'm wrong.

 

You are correct. Thats why you pony up for some real LED's and not the ghey *** ones that are around.

Almost impossible to find. ALWAYS on back order :/ Do a search with keyword "Insurance Tails" You'll find a lot of threads in regards to them. Again, very hard to get a hold of.

 

ya been waitin on the insurance tail for a while....WHY i didnt suggest them? wouldnt see the point in postin a pic of a car with insurance lights ...tell you to get them... than post up saying "IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND" im sure your lookin for something Right now , nothing wrong with the $200 Ebay ones I've had them for over 2 years alot of peeps got em,

 

Gather 4 people to buy in bulk, Taba has them in stock... but will only sell in a set of 4.

I think you're mixing up some information

JP sells two different tails

1. OEM housed with the amber cleared out. NON-LED

2. LED with non-OEM housing. Basically Sonars.
