Removing Trunk Key lock/Key Hole?

Removing Trunk Key lock/Key Hole?
I'm swapping trunks with someone.
Anyone know how to remove the key lock/key hole?
This is what I need to get out...

if i remember correctly, once you remove the trunk bar, it'll expose the screws that hold the lock.
