I got into my GS400 today and I was unable to shift out of park. My VSC, ABS, and VSC Off lights are lit on the dash. Using this thread, I isolated the problem to "stop" fuse. I replaced the fuse and it blew when I started the car, pressed the brake, and tried to put in reverse. I put another fuse in and hit the brake pedal without the car on and the fuse blew. Do you have any suggestions what the issue can be or where I should start to diagnose.

Is it safe to drive my car without the fuse by depressing the manual release shift lever, just to the mechanic?

I will continue to search the forum, but any help would be great.
