Got my VIS Racing replica lip today...my first ever aftermarket piece of "body" I've ever gotten for a car. Maybe for that reason without knowing what's typical, I'm a little surprised by its flexibility. The thing's darn thin, though. 1/8" all around I'd say. Any way to reinforce the thing? Plexiglass in the back/bottom I assume?

 

It's strong! I hit a big *** possum with my Lip & very lil damage.
Nothing big happened, just a lil chip nothing that can't be fixed

 

not a fan of knock offs but it looks better without it. i had mine filled and tossed the tte badge in the trash.

I May as well get the rep lip cause waiting and trying to find a real TTE lip right now is nearly impossible. I know some of you shun upon reps but hey to each his own.

lol, that is like saying to you "I think you're stupid, no offense". Just don't see the point in mentioning it in public since it has nothing to do with the lip.

i was just saying, do you actually like it as well? i think it looks weird, its a mercedes style grill, kinda like putting amg style wheels on a lexus its just wrong.

however the TTE rep. looks bad **** i really want one it completes the look in the front of the GS.
