Default headlights shaking

hi

someone recently damaged a fender on my car and i gave it to body shop so the fixed my fender (looks pretty darn good) but in order to paint fender they took few parts apart including my head light, now they put everything back but every time i hit a bump on the road i see it shaking..

any ideas suggestions and/or recommendations how to fix it would be very much welcome..

i took my car back to those guys they showed me that everything is tighted up .. and i dont know what to do.. its anoy the hell out of me and i also afraid my bulb itself going stop working one of those bumps..

thanks in advance

you need to be more specific. what do you mean shaking. is the bulb actually shaking or is it the whole housing. try opening your hood and shake the bulbs base around see if it moves. maybe the bulb isn't locked in. so just turn it clockwise to lock it in.

well if you reach inside your front tire well there is a piece of plastic there to keep the dust out of the engine. if you fold this piece back by removing 2 screws you can look inside and see if he had tighten the 2 screws that hold the headlight housing in its place.

mrsypher: tell me about.. and this is not all .. i'll post another post later

but all problems are pretty much minors exept the one where i stuck on freeway and was without car for 3 days.. even though it didn't cost me much to fix it it was time consuming

Either screws are missing like someone has said, or screws have not been tightened.

Why dont you take the car back to the shop that did the work and let them figure it out. You paid them to get your car fixed, dont settle for less than spectacular work.

Defects = Bullcrap!

GS4fun

i already did.. they couldn't figure out why is it shaking and showed me that all screws are tighted.. now you guys telling me there are another screws..

so i'll take my car there and have them look into it and hopefully fixed it..

i know i know what you guys going say.. that i should've give my car there.. and i'll tell you once again i took my car there 'cause they are great body shop and they only do lexus and lexus dealership gives them cars when they have too much work to do and they can't finish it on time.

anyway.. this looks like it so i'm pretty much certain that this will do

i'll keep you guys posted

thanks in advance
