we been looking for this commercial for awhile....never could find it anywhere. there were posts bout it awhile ago. thanks for posting it

thats the point.
the V8 4 door gs sedan was supposed to be a different beast.... luxury,style,sophistication, and power all with 4 doors to fit the family and "to break the mold" (now with the newer 4 doors like the 7 series, specifically the 760i/Li making 537hp, V12 TT or not, its still a 4 door and as such i cant say our old gs can compare anymore though) but back in the day this car was a ground breaker for 4 door sedans compared to its competitors
IMHO,this was one of the BEST lexus commercials EVER made....
and to back up my claims of the gs being a ground breaker
the 1998 import car of the year award (2:27 in they cover the gs400)

I don't think they can do this again. I don't have high expectations for the 4GS. (crossing finger that I'm wrong but the Germans are at the top of their game in terms of styling and performance). Enjoy the 2GS. Give a a little more power and upgraded suspension - that'll give it some more life.
