UPDATE:
LED's in the doors plus clear lenses instead of the red ones.
LED's on licenseplate.
5mm spacer on the front, so the offset is +19 now.

Pretty much all American cars have them in red (usually reflectors) Just not the GS
I suppose Lexus for you guys they're for safety and the clear ones act as puddle lights for us.
