Yes it can be done on most vehicles actually, as to why you need it done is a different story, it’s perfectly legal to rollback the mileage on a replacement cluster or module if the mileage is above the original and in some cases roll forward because mileage is lower than actual. We have programmed mileage on Lexus, Why should your car have more miles just because you replaced your cluster? With that said make your self familiar with odometer laws and follow them it’s the law!
