I'm not familiar with your area, but over here in CA, I'd offer 13,000 only.

that car looks like its worth every penny.mine was clean like that when i bought it 4 years ago then let my brother drive it for a year and he destroyed the poor thing, but that babey looks beautiful

Surprisingly, the bidding is up to $8,600 vs a BIN price of $14,900 -- for a car with an Auto Check score of 83. It does look extremely clean, though.

i'd pay that price for a car with 60k miles... but with over 100k, they really gotta lower that.

I know the market well right now, and I'd say if he bites at 13000-13500 get it and run with it. That would be worth it. It's had it's 90k service meaning 1k less stuff to do if it was say a 90k mile car.
