No. My 03 GS430 has 137K miles and I don't think I can get $9K for it much less anywhere over $20K. Maybe he meant 14.5K miles, but even at that low mileage I wouldn't pay anywhere near $20K for it much less near $30K.
I think the seller is just trying to take advantage of a naive buyer, but with the power of the internet nowadays, I don't know who he/she can fool someone into paying that much.
lol, I've seen a few people placing their hi mileage cars for 2-3k above kbb, not selling of course, but this one takes the cake haha. Man makes me laugh.
