damn sorry for what happened bro, today my girlfriend was also a victim of hit and run.she has a 97 lexus es300, anyways it was parked on the street and a honda accord i believe rear ended her car and took off.people deez days man.

ohh man thats so sad!! i feel ya man, happen to my gs 2 weeks ago parked my car at the store parking lot and when i came out the store and came closer toda car saw this long @$$ scrach from the rear doors all da way to the trunk some SUV probably so no victims no one saw anythink and i WAS MADDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!

Thanks Everyone , Well the bad news , I closed my insurance with Geico , and closed the case, Switched over to Allstate and understand that even though I closed my case I can still go to a body shop and have them reopen the case and Not have to pay them for crappy service. With Allstate and having an agent I can review all the papers with I feel more safe and got the protection I need. as a Platinum member now

This is what gets me, I had a deductible of 150 for compre. and 1000. for collision.. and they chose the coll. (middle finger) to Geico and the gecko

And they show the policy was changed the date I sold my bmw ... I asked for proof showing that I changed the policy over the phone because I dont ever remember asking about wanting to pay 1000. deductible in case something happens. and they can provide that at all .... sales person who wanted commision over the phone.

So with that said they cant prove I asked for that crazy deductible or can show me that I signed anything but Not willing to budge. Now from how it sounds if this was someone hating on the car then its compr. like vadilism thats the 150 deductible... how dumb is that now that I know that ... ;/

No Cameras in the lot at all ... I work at an Instore Us Bank inside of a Safeway with all kind of wierd hrs and the parking lot has No cameras to show me anything.

I think all in all It is my best bet to at least get a quote to see what happens... but I might be coming out of pocket though. At least I can get a rental free for the time the front bumper and new hood and grill gets put back and repainted superblack.


I got an email asking if I'd like to apply to be a booth car for two huge vendors for Spocom and I am sure It might have happend. but with the new damage and the Move ahead of me ... This is a bad month....

 

Your car is one of the nicest I've seen on the forum. Hate to hear what happened but it's fixable and I'm sure you can get the GS back to its recent glory.

I had some similar junk happen to me too Switched from State Farm and asked them to MATCH what I had, agent said sure no prob, and did it for close to half! So yea I took it... Rolled my car a month later, medics cut my brand new clothes off me shoes and all (close to $300 in gear) so I called insurance to make sure they cover that as well, got a fax with my policy highlighted stating "we do not cover the clothes on your back" WOW! the policy actually said that!!! holy crap! so yea, have to triple check these bs policies man good thing is, i got to stick it to the man cause I was only with them for a month (payed only one month payment) and they had to pay me $20k for the car then I dropped them
