A few months ago we posted that we will be making headers for the 93-97 GS300 and they are finally ready. Headers for the 98 and up GS300's will be released in a few weeks.

We dynoed our headers on a stock car today and we gained 17hp and 11.2 pounds of torque. We had an exhaust leak between our headers and the stock downpipe due to a miss matched flange that will be fixed tomorrow. Even with a leak we managed to gain a fair amount of horsepower. Expect to gain over 20hp to the wheel and over 15 pounds of torque without any sort of leaks.

this may sound like a stupid question but what headers are you refering to? sorry .. i'm not very familiar with this..

That's great news. Please keep us posted on the 98-02 versions. What's the warranty impact of putting these headers on?

Also, can you discuss the turbo kits you have on your site for the GS?

 

Any plans for GS400?

 

r u serious? There's only one header he could be referring too in the engine compartment, it connects to your catback. THey replace your stock manifold and alleviate the backpressure normally created by the stock ones.

MPH Unlimited, as you know we on CL are very uptight regarding vendors and so forth. This is because of many fraudulent vendors that will randomly show up on CL and CLAIM that their product will do "such and such" with absolutely no proof.
We don't like that.
Apparently you claim your GS 300 header will bring 17 EXTRA HP (I assume that's AT the rear wheels) and 11.2 lbs. of torque. Well we here would be very gratuitous to YOU and your company if you would happen to donate a single header for testing purposes at the next DYNO meet which Static911 is currently organizing. You do not HAVE to donate however, it would benefit you and your company if you did and your header actually DID add that power to the car. I'm sure you would have MANY buyers here on CL.
And If it works out for the GS 300 and you make one for the GS 400, I'll tell you right now, you can make me the first one on your list to purchase one.

Very well said... and count me in to buy their header if it put's out the claimed HP for the GS300.
