Question Anyone using the USA Spec iPod Interface Adapter?

I'm interested in the USA Spec iPod Interface Adapter for my 2003 Lexus GS300.

The Problem:

When I input my model (2003 GS300 with Navigation) into the website (http://www.usaspec.com), it says I'm suppose to use is the "PA15TOY" interface (http://usaspec.com/product.php?Produ...eShowProduct=1). Funny thing is, if you scroll down to the application list at the bottom of the "PA15TOY" interface page, it doesn't list 2003 Lexus GS300.

When I input my model into the Crutchfield website, it tells me I need to use the "PA20TOY" interface. Funny thing is, if you scroll down to the application list at the bottom of the "PA20TOY" interface page (http://usaspec.com/product.php?Produ...eShowProduct=1), it doesn't list 2003 Lexus GS300 either.

Question:

Can anyone confirm by usage, which iPod interface I need for my 2003 Lexus GS300 with Factory Navigation?

Thank you in advance for any input.

if you have a tape player and don't care for anything very fancy, go pick up the panasonic tape player adapter from walmart, $10. works perfectly fine with ipods/iphones

Hi Shortdahri
I believe the "PA20 TOY" is just the updated version of the "PA15 TOY". You can use either

I want to revisit this...

I just recently installed this unit and have absolutly no sound at all. It shows my playlists on the navi and its charging my iphone just no sound. I plug the disc player back in and sound is back, and then switch back and no sound again. Anyones have any info on this? the CAS-LEX cable is needed on the 2002-2003 models to answer the original question.
