Yes, this is Hiro's website. He is a straight up guy located in So. Cal. I've gotten bodykit parts from him, he's OK.

I've emailed him couple times regarding some quotes on parts. He never returned my email.

 

Steve Ganz always (or 99.99% of the time) responds back to emails, no matter how stupid they are...trust me, I've asked the dumbest questions you can possibly think of.

we have mixed feeling/feedback about hiro....that is NOT a good sign for retailer...btw, the iste has not been updated since last year

 

If I remember correctly, I emailed him at the address he had listed on his website. I'm sure Hiro is a great guy, he may not have gotten my email for some reason...I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But Steve Ganz, this guy is the man...he can get you about anything you want at a great price with customer service that rivals Lexus'. Good example, he emailed me today to tell me my body kit will be in next week, I qoute "do you want me to have Angel drop it off?" How cool is that

I also used the email address on his website. I was asking him for some quotes on JDM parts. Apparently he didn't want this business. I will never deal with him again. Now Steve on the other hand, is the model for how one should run the business.

 

Yeah, I guess I did too. I ordered some stuff from Hiro recently and got everything quicky.
