Angry Sonar LED TAIL LIGHTS MOISTURE!!!!

Hey guys so i have had these sonar led tail lights on my 2gs for about 5 months and since the weather has been pretty cold lately for LA i have notice a build up of moisture in the tail light. i know theres probably a solution somewhere on this forum however i couldn't find any. Basically i would like to know if you guys have any solutions or should i just buy a new set and sell them.

Thanks in advance for your time guys.

The solution you'll hear is take a hair dryer to it... at best (in my case) it will drip down to the bottom while only a bit of it will evaporate, depending on how bad. A LONG time ago in another car, my headlights did that. I took a a hairdryer and that happened. It takes a while though, but does more good than harm

If there is sockets in the back you can take off. I would suggest to take them off and let in either sit in the sun all day or use a dryer so it will evaporate through the back.

Use the hair dryer to evaporate all the moisture. Also, try to find out where there might be a crack or opening in between the two lenses. I would just apply some clear silicone there to seal it up and prevent more moisture from getting in.

yea, the rubber seal in the back or the adhesives that mount the entire assembly need to be re-sealed. its one or the other.

china product? yea, it's hit or miss with this aftermarket stuff...

air it out as said above and try to reseal it if possible. worst off you have to take the lens apart and reseal, or buy something of more quality if it doesn't work. gl

The GS tails are pretty simple as far as tails go , you can seal them up pretty easy with some clear silicone, they don't have a bunch of complex edges like some lights.

I'd dry out all the water, then seal the edges with silicone, dip the face in a tub with water and make sure no water enters the assy.
