Just do one hinge at a time as to not have any angle problems.

If its just a noise problem, you can use some wd40 on the arm and work it in. Use very little and work it in good.

yeah I greased it for now and it sorta fixed it but I just have a feeling the noise will come back. Eventually that thing will need replacing.
