L bracket. Nobody likes holes in their bumper. And then if you ever want to, you can remove it and take pictures without the two holes in the front.

and by the looks of the first picture you posted, you need some headlight restoration. I restored mine and they looked 10x better, but I decided to replace them because they previous owner somehow managed to scratch the hell out of them. Gives the car a very refreshed look.

I dunno why people offset their plates...everything else on the car is centered.

Haha, don't jump to that resolution just yet. Restore them first and if you're not happy, then replace them. They're not cheap by any means unless you're stacked.

Cops in Sac are too but that CVC code i believe is 5200 (but i could be wrong) states that if a state agency(DMV) gives you 2 plates you must have boith plates on the car, located in the front and the rear of the car. I got a ticket and im fighting it right now. it doesnt state exactly where it has to be placed? oh well F these stupid laws

yes correct you are i made a mistake when typing.. i only had one plate when i got the car but now i had to go to DMV and get two new plates now im just trying to figure out if i should drill it in centered .. or on a L braket .. if it was for me i would leave on dash board but everytime i ask a officer about that they say its illegal and has to be on the front bumper..
