The problem with most intercooler is that once you go larger, their is substantial pressure drop. On this particular intercooler, I've tested along with many of the supra boys to work quite nicely with 0.2-0.5 psi of pressure drop all the way to 35 lbs. of boost. At this moment, the pulley on their is set for ~13lbs. I think but we'll see. When the head was off, I did take a dremel and clean up all the casting along with matching each of the ports to the gasket.

Thanks Bing. But the supra is done!!!! I dropped it off back to steve after I came back from Dallas and he finished off everything. His brother thinks that he might have grab the wrong black which has a slight hue of brown in it therefore the color came out a little different. But he redid everything and she's a beauty now. Sucks that on the way home, some road debris and trash threw up and scratch the underside of the front lip a little. But it's hard to see it unless you bend down.
