Default Car won't start after having accessories on...

What up, my car won't start after having the accessories on and the dome light for about 20 mins or so while I did some cleaning on the inside of the ride. My battery seems good as it says good and it doesn't say need charging or anything. It's really odd, all the inside lights and things still work but the radio kind of flashes the green color on and off? any ideas??? and does this happen to anyone else?
