Default Power Windows LOUD when going down

I have a '00 GS300 and the driver front window is loud, irritating mechanical sound when rolled down but not up. Same with the passenger front just not as loud. The rears are not bad at all.

My thought is that the two fronts got much more use and that is why they are the loudest.

What is the specific part required to get rid of this annoying sound when powering down the front windows?

I don't think a motor and regulator are both required or maybe there is another fix..

Any help would be appreciated..

Just went to go listen to the sound. It is definitely not a greasing the seal sound, issue. Sounds like the motor or a motor sound, only when going down. fine going up. Anyone???
