Buy the parts at a toyota dealer. Do it right the first time, or replace the motor the second time. It's your choice.
+1, I don't buy any critical components on ebay, i.e. belts, tires, water and fuel pumps, not worth it

On a side note. I got the parts cheaper from them then i could through a friend at the dealership...
It cost you $254 for timing belt, water pump and gasket? Did you get something else?

I priced it from their website (without discount) for the GS430

Timing belt $43.43
Water pump $118.75
Water pump gasket $4.87
Idler, Left? $73.73
Idler, Right? $73.41
Crank Seal $8.16
Tensioner $46.61
Drive belt $43.06

Aisin brand timing kit (incl idler pulleys, water pump, T belt) offa rockauto.com only $160. From reading the forums Aisin brand is pretty much OEM. Also u can google for a 5% instance coupon so it comes out to be like 8 bucks cheaper.
