Default Interior's temperature erratic

I have an issue with the interior's temperature fluctuating. Meaning, that it'll shut off main air unit until outside temperature reading is stabilized. It only happens when the outside temperature reading is erratic. This happens intermittently and at any time, regardless of weather conditions.

I have already searched and could not find anything on this.

If anyone, has experienced this issue and has solved the mystery, please inform me, thanks in advance.
