Yep, A couple months ago ebay did have the thin strip version, but it was smoked not clear on the bottom. Then then those dissapeared and only the snow flake led pattern thin strip tails are left now.
So it looks like you have to go outside of ebay, rick james found a decent set for $220...

These are the same LED tails Chrispy's amazingly sick GS has...
I plan to get those same LED tails posted above. I was planning to shave the inners tails on the trunk lid, but if I don't do that then I will replace my stock inners with the Insurance Led inners that have an awesome amount of LED's in them. The circle formation of the Insurance LED inner tails matches the formation of the LED tails above perfectly... much better then the 9-led square pattern you find on most LED inners on ebay. I'd get the outters too because they look amazing, but they are $400+ and most of the time you have to order them overseas
