Simple really, are these any good:

And if not, that look (black projector demon eye style) is what I want that wont cost a fortune. Suggestions?

Personally I've always disliked the aftermarket 'halo' projector lights, minus the fact that they arent true projectors, the halos look cheap and those pointless dots around the projector just throws the whole look off! I suppose if you had to choose from them, I'd too go with the chrome. They're cheap as it is, and the black just makes them look cheaper. Chrome plastic is chrome plastic, looks the same in any way made, but when black, you can see the actual plastic and doesnt look good. I'd recommend what many have done when purchasing these, pull them apart and put a true HID projector in there... You'll love yourself.

They also have poor light output.

Just get some rubbing compound/swirl remover type wax and buff the hell outta your stock lights making them super clear and clean looking.

Then get a 6000k HID kit and call it good.

It will cost less and look much better IMO.
