2002 lexus gs torque converter

My gs that i bought 5 months ago torque converter went if anyone knows how much it usually cost to fix them or the price on parts should cost so i dont get ripped off and also if this is a comman problem

It's not common for the torque converter to go out. If you need a replacement, I have 3-4 spare ones for GS300. If your car is a GS400/430 then you have to go find one somewhere else.

If you have a 400/430, I have one from my 2002 GS430

Where are you located? I'm sure there are plenty of folks with extra stock TCs lying around. I have one from a 2000 GS400 you can have if you're near Louisville Ky. I aint shipping it though.

are the 400/430 TC the same?? and Question... when your torque converter failed... how did it start doing it? im debating getting an oem one or a lextreme TC
