I used the search function, it actually works extremely well.
Most of us have already replaced these. You can use the Daizen repplacement bushings or buy the entire new Lexus arm, like I did. They are fairly easy to install; plan on doing an alignment immediately afterwards.
You should definitely replace the lower ball joints at the same time, as these are a known wear item on these cars.
