1998 GS400 Ignition Control System Malfunction

1998 GS400 Ignition Control System Malfunction
Yesterday my CEL can on. I had the code read and it says "Ignition Control System Malfunction". Other than slow acceleration one time, I have not had any problems. How do I fix or replace the Ignition Control System? Or, does anyone have any other suggestions on how to fix?
