Evap Control System

I received diagnostic trouble codes: 1) P0440-Evap Control System Malfunction,
2) P0441 Evap Control System Incorrect Purge Flow.
3) P0446 Evap Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfuction
I believe these are causing extra fuel to be burned. I notice when I go up a hill, enter the freeway, or speed up quickly I smell fuel. Could this be a purge sensor? ???

Most often, P0441 and P0446 are resolved by simply tighten or replace the gas cap.
