Default passenger rear view mirror shaddered..

my rear view mirror shaddered, what the best way to fix this problem? ive been looking around and i see this.. will it work?..

For $20 try it and find out. If not, this is a great opportunity to get the blue jdm ones!

something seems bump-kiss bout that glass, how did you break yours btw. this should be a good story

i hit one of those big orange cones in the road, swerved enough to only hit the mirror on the car.

btw has anyone tired that glass that you just put over the broken glass?

is there another way to fix this? how much does it usually cost to replace the mirror mount with the heat and everything?

im still curious to hear how your glass can break, wouldnt your mirros just fold inwards? or is it due to the impact of it hitting the mirror causing the glass to shatter loll ...idk..
