Default Tail light problem

Hey i have a 98 GS4, my taillights went out on me, here is the thing, they work when they signal and brake. They just don't work driving in standby. I don't know a lot about the electrical systems on cars. Please let me know what it could be, like a fuse or something. Thanks

it's most likely because one of the dual filaments on your bulb went out. if all the lights light up when you apply the brakes then it's most likely that the top half of the bulb is burnt out

if u put in a new 10A fuse and it blows out like 30 sec's later go get that checked out by a mechanic, cuz thats what i did so now i gotta pull my whole electrical wires and box apart. it fried all my relays so watch out.
